The staff is cute, helpful, and kind. Immaculate rooms with quick towel and toiletry replenishment. Excellent room service and breakfast variety. Clean pool and shady garden. Attentive restaurant staff and delicious meals. 24-hour security and polite staff. Great location near shopping center and cheap taxis.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the nicely designed rooms and the great amenities provided. I especially appreciated the nice bathroom in my room and the fact that towels were readily available at the pool. The location in a retail park was actually quite convenient, with a shopping centre just 200m away and a nice café opposite the parking lot. The staff, especially Zouhir, were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located close to all shopping centers, with a massive supermarket and many other stores right next to it. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a good variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were great.

During my recent stay at Hotel Relax in Marrakech, I was impressed by the spacious and clean rooms. The bathroom was big and well-maintained, and I appreciated the hot water and good shower pressure. The hotel also had a convenient location, with big supermarkets and a bus station just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, making my stay more fun. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the lack of complimentary water or coffee in the room and the slightly uncomfortable pillows, I had a positive experience overall.

The hotel is conveniently located near a massive supermarket, making it easy to stock up on groceries for your stay. there are many other stores and shopping centers within close proximity, providing ample opportunities for shopping and entertainment.
The air conditioning in the rooms is not very effective, which can be uncomfortable during hot summer days.

We had a comfortable bed and the hotel looked modern and up-to-date. The staff were sometimes helpful. The bar attached to the hotel was a great evening entertainment and the pool was great for daytime entertainment. The location was also convenient, with a hypermarket nearby and a nice shopping area within walking distance.
there were items missing from our room on multiple occasions, including money and a sunglasses case.
